Kelly Townsend is an Evaluation Project Manager with Oak Ridge Associated Universities (ORAU). She has eight years of experience evaluating STEM education and workforce development programs. Kelly serves as the external evaluator for the NSF Ethical AI Project and has experience evaluating one former NRT grant and a variety of other NSF programs. Kelly completed her undergraduate degree in psychology from East Carolina University (ECU) and her master’s degree in business analytics from Lincoln Memorial University (LMU).
