Sarah Etter is a PhD student in Computer Science at UT Austin advised by Dr. Joydeep Biswas. Prior to joining UT, she earned her BS in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and developed quadrupedal locomotion algorithms at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Her research focuses on the intersection of model-based and data-driven control, with an emphasis on applying these techniques to enhance autonomous off-road navigation.
